Bug: can't mine while wielding mining pick

If a character is wielding a mining pick as a weapon (but not carrying another mining pick in their regular inventory), the game treats the character as not having a pick at all. In order to mine, it is currently necessary to unequip the mining pick, re-enter the cave tile, and then mine as normal (after which the pick can be re-equipped).
